Designed for the athlete seeking a one-on-one experience with an individualized training plan to accomplish their big goal. Whether you have a race in mind or need help ramping up mileage, I’m here to coach you through it.

Kickoff consultation
Customized run plan updates at an interval that fits your schedule, with unlimited adjustments based on training needs
Biweekly training tips
Strength plan: run-focused core and stability workouts
Unlimited email/text. Open to phone calls based on availability
1-2x monthly virtual or in-person meetings (dependent on location)
Discounts to select vendors
Race day attendance, dependent on schedule and location
No monthly commitment, though at least 3 months recommended for best results!
